In order to create a platform account , you need to provide us with the following necessary information: mobile phone number, name. If you refuse to provide the above necessary information, you will not be able to create a platform account , and you will not be able to use our products directly or by calling the API interface . You can only use the browsing service. In addition, you can choose whether to provide your company name, position, email, phone number, country, region and city, specific application scenarios, user experience and recommender. We further clarify that the mobile phone number you submit will also be used to receive verification codes when you log in, bind your account, and retrieve your password, and as one of the contact methods you and we specify, for receiving relevant business notifications (such as new product launches, service changes, etc.).

2.1.2 You can use the bound mobile phone number to complete the account login by verifying the verification code. At the same time, we may enrich the optional range of third-party accounts in the future to improve your login convenience .

2.2 Real -name authentication

In order to better provide you with services and achieve product compliance, we may need to conduct real-name authentication on you . We will complete the real-name authentication through your mobile phone number, mobile phone verification code or WeChat account information. During the real-name authentication process, we may need to verify your real identity information with a third-party authentication agency that provides authentication services. This information is only used for the purpose of completing real-name authentication or for other purposes specified by laws and regulations, and will not be used for other purposes without your express authorization. After you have created a platform account , you can interact with our 01.AI Platform or generate content by calling the API interface or through the dialog box. We will automatically receive and record the text, pictures or video information you voluntarily input during the interaction with the 01.AI Platform, and use this information to output content to you to provide human-computer interactive dialogue and content generation services. During the use of the service , you can also evaluate the content output by the 01.AI Platform. We will collect your evaluation information, including the error reasons you actively submit, in order to continuously improve the output content quality of the 01.AI Platform.

If you refuse us to collect and process the aforementioned personal information, please enter the aforementioned information with caution, but this may affect your normal use of some or all of the functions provided by the 01.AI Platform**.**

2.4 Usage History

In order to provide you with a continuous and consistent user experience and ensure service quality, we will record your personal usage history, including the information you input and the generated content based on the above information. You can find and manage your usage history that you have not deleted . Please be aware that in order to comply with relevant laws and regulations and fulfill network information security obligations, we will retain your usage history and generated content within the time permitted by law .

To ensure the normal operation of this service, we may collect log data generated during your use of this service (including your browser information and type, the date and time of your request, and how you interact with our website), usage information (your location, such as client date and access time, server date and access time, type of computer or mobile device, network information), device information (including the device information, operating system and browser type you are using), cookies, etc. to help us analyze the service situation and further help us effectively enhance your user experience. 2.8 Other Uses

2.8.1 We will use technical means to perform necessary de-identification or anonymization processing on personal information in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and the processed information will not be able to accurately identify the specific personal information subject. Please understand and agree that, without disclosing your personal information and not violating relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to analyze and use user data, including but not limited to using technically processed dialogue information to improve the ability of the 01.AI Platform to understand your input content, so as to continuously improve the speed and quality of the 01.AI Platform's recognition and response, and improve the intelligence of the 01.AI Platform.

2.8.2 When we display your personal information, we will use necessary methods, including content replacement, anonymization, de-identification, etc. to desensitize your information and display it in order to protect the security of your information.

2.8.3 When we want to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in these Personal Information Protection Rules, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will ask for your consent in advance. Please understand that the services we provide to you will be constantly updated and changed. 5.6.2 In principle, we do not charge any fees for your reasonable requests, but we have the right to charge a certain fee at our discretion for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits.
